Metallic Disney Princess Wet Brush Collection Shimmers And Shines

Disney Princess Wet Brush

Sometimes it’s a mermaid hair don’t care kind of day, sometimes it’s a Disney Princess kind of hair day. For the days we are looking for royal locks, there is a new Disney Princess Wet Brush collection! You can now find three new shimmery Disney Wet Brush designs at Target both online, and at your local store.

This is the third collection of Disney Princess designs from Wet Brush! Featured in this collection is Cinderella, Belle, and Tiana! Each brush retails for $12.99, and can be found online, and in stores!

Disney Princess Wet Brush

This is actually the first time we have gotten a Tiana design for the princess Wet Brushes too! Each brush has a beautiful metallic background, with a design of the Disney Princess printed in vibrant colors. Florals, and icons from the films are sprinkled around each princess. On the handle of the brush there is also an icon that represents each princess!

Belle got a very rose gold looking metallic background, so I am sure this will also be a favorite with the rose gold fans! Each brush is sold separately, and comes packaged in a box with Disney Princess designs. Wet Brush brushes are the best if you often have tangles! They have long been my favorite brush for detangling, so I can’t get enough of all the new Disney designs they keep releasing!

I don’t know which one to get. I’m torn between Tiana and Belle!

What do you think of the shimmery new metallic Disney Princess Wet Brush Collection?

Baby Babirusa Born At Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

animal kingdom

A new baby babirusa has been born in Animal Kingdom!

Her name is Kirana which means “sunbeam” in Indonesian and its the first one born in Animal Kingdom! Her parents are Betty and Mentari, you might have seen them at the park while you enjoyed a ride on the Kilimanjaro Safari during one of your visits to the Walt Disney World Resort.

Babirusas are an endangered specie, part of the hog family, they are native to the swamps and rainforests of the Indonesian Islands, that’s why the Animal Kingdom team gave her the name of Kirana.

Also did you know male babirusas can grow tusks as long as 17 inches that even go through their snout? Their upper ones can actually grow so much that could penetrate their skin curving back towards their forehead and sometimes back into the skull as well.

This “deer-pig” story is another successful one for Disney’s Animal, Science and Environmental Team as part of the Species Survival Plan (SSP) overseen by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums. This plan assures responsible breeding for endangered species such as babirusa pigs and hartmann’s mountain zebras!

The birth of this baby babirusa is a great step toward the worldwide conservation and understanding of the species that will help to ensure a future generation for these vulnerable animals.

So next time you are at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, don’t forget to go on the Kilimanjaro Safari and say hi to Kirana!

Until then, you can learn more about animals at Disney here! Hope you enjoy it.

Bring Frozen 2 To Your Home In Style With Disney Bounding

Now that we have all been at home for quite some time, we’re sure you are watching a lot of Frozen 2 on Disney Plus. Don’t worry, so are we! Thanks to the Disney Bounding fashionista herself, Leslie Kay, we have an all new reason to watch. Leslie’s carefully created three super cool looks for Frozen 2 fans just like us!

Disney Bounding is where Disney meets fashion and magic happens! Any one can do it and it allows us to be as creative as possible. Disney Bounding at home, however, adds another essential element: comfort-ability. Besides, the comfort will help as you’re singing along to all those epic songs in Frozen 2.

For the perfect Disney Bounding tips, there’s one person who really knows her way around. Leslie Kay is the epitome of all things Disney Bound. She literally wrote the book on it, “DisneyBound: Dress Disney and Make It Fashion”. These three looks, created by Leslie herself, are the perfect fit for your next Frozen movie night!

Bring Frozen 2 To Your Home In Style With Disney Bounding

This Anna look is giving us some seriously royal vibes! The royal purple mixed with the metallic details are truly fit for any queen. The black dress offers a free flowing style that adds a level of comfort that is perfect for wearing at home.

In Frozen 2, we see a different side to Elsa than in the first film. Her adventure outfit is a bit more “queen casual” than her signature “Let It Go” gown. This bound matches that cool and casual look. Also, we can’t help but be living for those icicle, sparkly sneakers!

Last, is the reindeer king himself, Kristoff. This look is equally effortless as it is stylish. Pair neutral colors together to create a similar Kristoff color palette. Tie in some boots and try to get the family pet to stand in as your Sven and you are all set!

We hoped these looks help you in creating your own Frozen 2 looks! Remember, to make it creative and make it your own. Nothing completes a look more than owning it and being confident. Also, if you do put together some cool Disney Bounds, make sure to tag @ChipandCo on Instagram so we can check them out!
