The Disneyland website recently updated its Resort Operations page to show some of the changes that might happen once the parks reopen. As of today there still is no set reopening date for the resort but some clues were offered as to what we can expect when that does happen.
The site states:
“Upon reopening, certain Disneyland Resort theme parks, hotels, restaurants and other locations may be limited in capacity and subject to restricted availability or even closure based on guidance from health experts and government officials. Furthermore, certain attractions, experiences, services and amenities will be modified, have limited availability or remain closed. Park admission and offerings are not guaranteed.”
It wasn’t stated if guests will have their temperature checked and/or be required to wear face coverings while at the resort but seeing how Disney Springs is operating right now, we can bet those will be implemented at Disneyland as well.
No details about what rides or attractions might remain closed were offered. Disney said it will provide more information as it becomes available. Again, there’s no official word on when any part of the resort will reopen, but hotel reservations can be made for dates starting July 1st.
We will continue to update our readers as more information becomes available to us!
