When the Disney World parks reopen later this month, guests will need to make a reservation in order to enter.
This will be managed using the new Disney Park Pass reservation system, which allows guests to select a reservation for one theme park per day. There is a set amount of availability each day for Disney Resort guests, guests with regular theme park tickets, and Annual Passholders.
And given the limited ability for each group of guests, there is a chance that you might not end up with your first choice. But, if that’s the case, don’t give up — we’ve noticed that availability has popped up for dates which were previously listed as full!
For example, here’s a screenshot of the July availability for Disney Resort guests as of a few days ago. When this screenshot was taken some parks had already reached capacity on July 17th.
But, as of this morning, there is availability at all four parks for Disney Resort guests on July 17th.
So, if you find yourself unable to secure a reservation for your first choice of park, be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Park Pass calendar since we’ve seen availability pop up for days that were previously full!
