Rise & Shine! Brunch at Homecomin’ in Disney Springs Is Coming Back SOON!

It’s time to get out your eating pants!

Disney Springs has been slowly but surely reopening and that means we’ve gotten the chance to return to some of our favorite dining spots. Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ reopened just last week and we were SO excited to check out the take-home moonshine and get an interview with Chef Art. Now, we’ve got even MORE Homecomin’ news — Rise and Shine Brunch is coming BACK!

The team at Homecomin’ announced this morning that we can expect to see the return of Homecomin’ brunch THIS WEEKEND. Starting Sunday, July 5th, brunch will be an option again. Keep in mind that for the time-being, brunch will only be available on Sunday.

That means we’ll be able to get our hands on Fried Chicken & Doughnuts or the Hush Puppy Benedict SOON. Homecomin’ brunch seriously has some of our favorite breakfast bites ever.

We definitely recommend reservations, but you can head to brunch between 10AM and 1PM on Sundays going forward. We’ll see you there!

PHOTOS! Here’s a Construction Update On the NEW Patio Shine Bar Coming to Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ in Disney Springs!

A few weeks ago, we discovered construction walls alongside Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ in Disney Springs complete with concept art for an upcoming new spot: Shine Bar & Social.

And though Homecomin’ won’t reopen to guests until this coming Wednesday, June 17th, today we got a glimpse at the spot’s new patio bar, as those construction walls have been removed!

Wednesday’s highly anticipated reopening of Homecomin’ will include the Grand Opening of Shine Bar & Social. And Chef Art Smith himself will be present for the big day!

We’re looking forward to showing you this new spot (and enjoying some of our current favorites) when Homecomin’ reopens on Wednesday. To whet your appetite, you can check out the temporary menu that will be offered upon the initial reopening. (SPOILER ALERT: there will be TAKE-HOME MOONSHINE available!) And you can also…

Announced in the way only Chef Art Smith could, Homecomin’ at Disney Springs will be back with its moonshine magic & fried chicken fantasticness beginning on Wednesday June 17. The entire Homecomin’ crew, is excited to reopen their doors.

In addition, Chef also let us know that the new Shine Bar and Social Porch will be available beginning on the 17th too!

For those who haven’t been to Homecomin’ yet, you don’t know what you’re missing! The fried chicken is fantastic, the mac and cheese is the best, and their brunch is one of my favorites!

Guests will be able to make reservations here. Do it quick because I can guarantee now that it’s back open, Art Smith’s Homecomin’ will be a hard reservation to get!

Locations in Disney Springs are slowly reopening and we keep waiting to hear from our favorites.

Well, GOOD NEWS. One of our favorite dining spots in Disney Springs announced a reopening today and we couldn’t be more excited. Fried chicken and moonshine, here we come! Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’: Florida Kitchen and Southern Shine is reopening!

Chef Art posted on his Instagram this morning to announce the return of his megapopular restaurant in Disney Springs. Homecomin’ will officially reopen for business on June 17th, with hours every day of the week from 12PM to 9PM.

The reopening day should be a fun-filled occasion with Chef Art Smith in attendance to help celebrate the return of the spot! PLUS, the reopening announcement mentions the grand opening of a new patio as well with the currently-in-progress Shine Bar & Social patio pictured!

We can’t wait to be sippin’ on some shine again when Homecomin’ reopens next week. We’ll be reporting in with all of the ways that the dining experience has changed — and of course, REVIEWS of some delicious eats!
